My website could not have been created without the help of many friends.  Doug Freesland and HansPeter Schaub helped with many technical problems and even generated some files for me.  Luc Fraiture and Landis Markley helped me obtain a pdf file of a publication unknown to me before 2006.  Hank Pernicka and Jim Kirkpatrick were generous in providing the pdf files for the covers of the JAS special issue and permitting me to place these on the website.   Bob Jacobs was extremely kind in allowing me to include similar materials from the symposium volume.  The photo of me was taken by Jim Kirkpatrick at the symposium.
